1-Information we collect: We collect your name, e-mail address and shipping address when you fill out our order form.
2- How we use your information: Your data is used exclusively to issue your manual digital invoice via Paypal, label package and ship your physical order to your location. Also to communicate with you regarding your specific order status
3- Currently no direct credit card processing: We do not collect process or store credit card numbers . All billing is handled externally. Your payment is processed securely on Paypal's platform.
4- Data sharing with 3rd parties: We share your name and shipping address with 3rd party shipping carriers such as USPS , UPS, for Fedex purely to complete physical delivery. We never sell rent or distribute or email or personal information to 3rd party marketing brokers.
5- Data Discretion: Given the nature of mature art publications your purchase history and order details are held with strict confidentiality.

Welcome to our website. By accessing this website and requesting an invoice, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1- Strict Age Requirement of 18+. This website showcases and distributes artistic, illustrative, and editorial books and magazines intended strictly for mature audiences. By entering this website and browsing our catalog or submitting your information you explicitly certify that you are at least 18 years of age. Falsifying your age to gain access to these materials constitutes a breach of contract.

2- Ordering and Invoicing Process: We do not offer (currently) an automated storefront checkout at this time. To purchase products, you must submit your delivery details via our order form. By doing so you agreed to receive a manual digital invoice via Paypal. Orders will not be processed, packed, or shipped until the corresponding invoice is paid in full.

3- Billing and Bank Statements: To protect consumer privacy all payments are routed through Paypal. Charges on your credit card or bank statement will appear under the name "Paypal Blue Willow Antiques." Please make a note of this name to avoid accidental chargebacks or billing confusion.
4- Discreet Shipping: We value your privacy. All art, books and magazines are packaged and shipped securely in plain unmarked and discreet packaging. The external shipping label will show our fulfillment details without referencing the nature of the artistic content.
5- Intellectual Property: All book layouts, magazine designs, photography, and site content are fully copyrighted. Unauthorized digital distribution, reproduction, or duplication of these materials is strictly prohibited.

6- Models Age: All persons depicted in any photos are 18 years of age or older.
